OMG! I was extremely impressed with the Soft Wash Cleaning I received today from Sharper Look Exteriors. Rick, the owner of the company, was the one who actually came out and did the job. Let me explain why I was so impressed. I was an Active Realtor for 23 years. The last 10 years of which I primarily dealt with managing foreclosed properties which included managing the renovations. During that time, I've ordered power washing bids multiple times. Like clockwork, contractors would submit their bid, based on the square footage, sight unseen. Pretty much most of the time, when it came time for the work to be done, they would see the condition of the house and then the Up Selling would start. It became a regular ritual. The Upselling on average would be $500-$1000 higher than the accepted bid. Some of them ever left once they saw the job, Anyways, When I called Sharper Look Exteriors for an estimate on my own home. Rick insisted on doing a site inspection first so I would have an actual Price before they came to do the work. I am so impressed by this and extremely glad he did as I know my house was a train wreck. With the other two estimates I received I knew the price would be much more. Rick however was true to his word. Today I only got the Soft Wash Cleaning as I had already known I would need to budget for the roof and deck. For this type of service, it was a good bit less than I had expected. So happy with the end results. Can't wait to get them back out to my house again soon. One other thing that impressed me that I had never seen done before which Rick explained to me. Before he started the work, he took his time to cover and seal outside outlets and fixtures and turned off outside cooling units to prevent damage. He then sprayed down the flower beds around the house with a water mist then sprayed them with a neutralizer to protect the plants from the Miracle Solution used to cleanse the house. He actually gave me an education on the process. I was really surprised by all the conferences and training that he put himself through in order to do the job right. I honestly thought power washing wasn't a science when actually it is. The soft wash did such an amazing job and doesn't cause damage like a high-pressure washer can do. Sorry for the long review but as I had said, I was extremely pleased with the entire experience, I typically don't like to give out recommendations for contractors as if they do a bad job it reflects back on me. With Sharper Look Exteriors, I actually asked them if they were anywhere, I could place a review. Hope this motivates you like it did me to get the job done right the first time.
They cleaned the exterior of house and it looks great. The windows are crystal clear. They were very professional and on time. I recommend the for house and pressure washing.

Of course a storm ripped theough right after so there are leaves everywhere, but Rick did an outstanding job pressure washing my deck and screened porch. Our screens and trim look brand new again. Rick arrived early and was a great comminicator about what to expect. His attention to detail was very impressive and took the time to do a before and inspection, ensuring everything was safe to wash and was 100% clean. Roof stains are gone and he took caution ensuring the power screens were cleaned gently and the landscaping was protected Would absolutely recommend them
